It all started as I moved back from Berlin to Copenhagen this spring.
I had stored 100 kilos of yarn-remains from my blanket production
over the years which I had to "get rid of" in a good way. I had a bit
of blue, red, yellow, grey etc and a lot of offwhite. So I desided to
do stripes. I love stripes and had never really worked with them...
Knitting is fast compared to weaving, so I called Ole who had teached
me at school. He have a knitting mill and also he knows how to work
with the very special eco-yarn I work with.
At the end a new product came out - striped blankets - and these on
tophave been the inspiration for going further on this way with the
new line.
