REUSE OF THE OLD STRIPES






















I am looking forward to friday where I´m going to braid/weave a new piece
of work at Prags have.
I will reuse these old stripes of fabric from my commission at the DDC and
the installation will be maked "live" together with Louise who brings small
chairs to.

A COPY OF MY WORK FROM THE DDC


Yesterday I got an email from a lady, Helga Madsen, who actually copied
my work I did for the Danish Design Center back in 2004. See post below...
I didn´t know about this and I must say I find it fantastic. Her piece is made
as patchwork - and I have a heart for that as you know.
Thanks Helga for showing me and letting me know ;)

Anothers work that actually look like patchwork but isn´t - it looks
great!

I made this public commission years ago at the big wall at the Danish Design Center
- after making this and then I made this. This 100 square meters wall piece is "woven"
directly at the wall of fabric stripes.
