THE CURTAINS AT SKALS







Today at Skals. The inauguration of the curtains that we decorated 4 weeks ago.
Anne Jørgensen from Kvadrat spoke. They have sponsored the textiles.
We were 7 textile designers where Grethe Wittrock has made the white one with holes.

EXCURSION TO KOLDING









We had an excursion to Kolding yesterday,
visiting the School of Design Kolding,
and BC GARN were my cousin Charlotte Kaae
have a few of her knit designs like this cool sweater.

Last night I had the night shift at the school and
introduced the girls to patchwork. They are learning quickly
and very creative :-)

It is dark and quiet at night at the countryside.

at evenings there are different curses and last night I joined the weaving class 
and made this tie as a tablet weaving. 
An easy and quick way to weave and what a joy!

TEACHING AT SKALS 6









































As I arrive to Skals is was late at night and totally dark with a sky full of stars and
the day I left it were all dressed in white. Very poetic. What a place!

I hope to see you soon again - hello Copenhagen and goodbye to the country side.

TEACHING AT SKALS 5











































Day five - final. The work of the students from Skals.
They are now ready to start the process of weaving today and I´m very exited to see 
the result in some weeks.
